How do I order a custom portrait or other piece of art?
I would love to work with you to create your custom order! Please contact me to discuss in detail your custom order. It is essential that we communicate for custom pieces such as portraits BEFORE your order is processed so that you can receive an accurate price and time estimate for your creation.
All custom orders will receive a notification when I have received your order, as well as when I start working on your custom piece. To ensure your satisfaction with your custom order, you will receive a digital image of your finished piece for your approval prior to shipping.
Can I get a print in a different color or size than shown?
Yes! All prints can be ordered in a custom color or size for an additional charge. Please contact me before placing your order so that pricing and order details can be adjusted appropriately.
What if I am not happy with my custom order?
All custom orders receive a notification when I have received the order, as well as when I begin working on your custom piece. Custom orders can only be cancelled BEFORE I have begun work on the piece. Once I begin work on the piece, custom orders become ineligible for cancellation, return, or refund. To ensure your satisfaction with your custom order, you will receive a digital image of the finished piece prior to shipping. At this time any concerns or alterations may be requested and I will do my best to make the required adjustments. Once your custom order has been shipped and received, the sale will be considered final.
When will I receive my order?
Prints and non-custom orders will ship within 1-3 days of payment.
Custom orders may take up to 4 weeks to complete and ship. You will be notified when your custom piece has been shipped.
All orders will be shipped by USPS First Class, unless otherwise specified. Tracking number available. Every order will receive a shipping confirmation message at time of shipment.
Expedited shipping may be available for an additional charge.
International shipping is currently available to select countries.
Seller is not responsible for lost items or items not received due to an incorrect address. Please be sure to provide an accurate mailing address with your order.
Can I return my non-custom order if I am unsatisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me as soon as possible after receiving your order. Prints and non-custom orders may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping.
Custom orders are NOT eligible for return or refund.
